the new neon turbos already have turbo upgrades and there not even out and they run 14s stock. if you get an old sport coupe or rt (same thing) you can make them bad *** with out a problem. A guy ran a 15.1 with intake and exhaust on a sport coupe

Well, in that case, 1/4 time, 0-60, skidpad, slalom that all wont matter since the car will be moded anyway. You can choose the best handling car and the upgrade the suspension and it might handle like crap after or better. Speed can be had in form of a built motor and forced induction. Just look for the cheapest car with the pretty good aftermarket.

///M3 hands down IMHO, power, handling, comfort...the ultimate driving machine....mmmmm....wish i had money for an M.... lol

look into the 95-99 (E36) M3s to fit in the $15-18k range.

Hell yeah, I rode in a 98 M3 last week. The car is so bada s s. I would get one in a heart beat if i had the cash. The sound at full throtle is worth half the price of the car.

wtf? for my car? hell no n2o! and to get an additional 200-400 horsepower, ill need about a 4-600shot, which requires about 10 bottles, the chrome ones of course, all with remote bottle openers and purge valve kits...then ill need neon to surround the bottles (OR IT JUST WONT WORK)...then bottle warmers, arming, purging, and activation buttons galore, THEN, when i hit all of the buttons...(hopefully i can have gone through about half of the arming/purging process by the end of the 1/4....then i can yell MENNNAAAAGAAEEE!!!!!(sp?)

Well i have read that the turbo is welded to the manifold, and that the turbo is pretty much maxed out to the HP its makes, so you would have to upgrade to a new manifold, and turbo. and there was some other things. mopar is makeing a bolt on upgrade kit that will take it up to 300-320 hp from what i have heard

In the srt-4,the blow off-valve is intergrated into the compressor housing. At an Q&A they said the turbo boost on the srt-4 will not be tunable. It has been set for its full performance.?

thats the stupidest thing Chrysler has done. They know the car appeals to tuners. So they basically force you to buy a new turbo and manifold.
