i found one, brand new with 5 year warranty and free shipping on ebay - $50 buy it now. ends in under 2 hours, 1 available. if nobody buys it it might be relisted sometime.

How would you tell if the knock sensor is bad ? I have a code reader and the only code it has read was 02 sensor

you can check the sensors resistance... or whatever is measured in ohms.
