STOP TRYING TO BLEAD IT THROUGHT THE BLEADER SCREW...I TOLD YOU ONCE ALREADY. Nissan asks their technicians here at Admiral Nissan in Jersey and from what I read on Assist (nissans tech program), they dont even mention the bleader valves. Just do it the right way and you'll get the air out. Your no getting coolant through the bleader because of the amount of air you have aready added to the system.

If you cant get the air out, you may have another problem.
i dont see how thats hard to do, mine didnt have one, i put one in and bled it (not thru the bleader screw) but just as he said, not one prob.

Here is what the Chilton repair manual for the Stanza/200sx/240sx says about cooling system bleeding

1. Remove the radiator cap

2. Fill the radiator and reservoir tank with proper type of coolant. if equipped with an AIR RELIEF PLUG, remove the plug and add coolant until it spills out the air from relief opening. Install the plug

3.Install and tighten the radiator cap

4. Start engine and allow coolant to come up to operating temperature. run the heater at full force with the temerature lever in the HOT position

5. Shut the engine off and recheck the coolant level, refill if necessary.
Glad you trust Chilton (aftermarket) over Nissan (The company that built the car.)

I have asked a couple of techs, in the past, why they jack the front of the car up to fill coolant and to blead the system. And the main reason I have gotten is "its a Nissan, thats what you have to do".

Its mostly the funnel that is the blead tool.

I just read the Assist manual and there is a fix in there for:

"engine not warming/no heat"

They show you several ways to blead the system of air. They dont mention the bleader screw in any of them.

One way is as I have said.

The second way is to leave the cap off the reservoir and fill from there untill the thermostat opens and you will see the coolant return back to the radiator from the reservoir tank. Therefore the reservoir is the bleader.

The third way tells you to use a piece of wire and put it under the spring on the rad cap, so that the rad cap slightly leaks and will blead the air out of the rad cap.

U guys have fun with your chiltons manual.
