HAHAHAHA!!!! I said the same thing. His reply was that he lost control in the rain and his tires shot, which they were.

Another funny story about him is that he stalled his car on his first day driving it, but didnt know that with a turn of a key he could've started it back up. needless to stay he pushed it to the Sunoco about an 1/8 mile away. He figured it out when he got back into the car. He's a pretty decent driver now though.

SEE I ALWAYS THOUGHT THOSE WERE TURBO VENTS.... CAUSE YOU KNOW THE SIDES OF THE CAR IS WERE THE VENTS NEED TO BE WHEN THE TURBO IS IN FRONT OF THE RADIATOR OR BELOW THE ENGINE.

whats surprising about the way they hook up? you think you'de spin tires with double digit peak torque?BTW the D16 in the Si del slo is a Vtec engine. just the single cam version wich isn't nearly as potent as the Bseries. i hope you whoop him.

i said "how well". since a del sol is pretty light it hooks up easier.

you should take him easily. i raced a 94 civic coupe with a SOHC VTEC, air intake, and exhaust. my car is bone stock with a right rear tire completley bald. he beat me of the line because i was spinning the tires even with a low rpm launch. i caught up at about 75 and just kept pulling. if he is not very smart, which by the looks of his car he isn't, race him uphill. honda motors struggle going up hills.

I'd say do it just to shut him up. I know my car is kinda slow, but I don't let anybody talk smack about my car and get away with it. Even if I lose, I at least show I'm willing to put my car and my skills to the test.
