Catalytic converter questions for the S13

1. Do high flow cats make any difference.?

2. If a cat starts to burn up from a rich mixture---will it clog up?

3. My muffler used to resonate at 3,000 rpm. I got a new cat and exhaust pipes and now it makes it loud harmonic sound at 2,500 rpm. Is there a way to tune which rpm the muffler resonates?

I don't know about the muffler issue, but catalytic converters can easily become plugged, if a cat is plugged, the engine will run very poorly.
