My Silvia has a Cat temperature sensor that's no longer hooked up. Does anyone know if there is some type of enrichment table that adds fuel if the cat's temp is too low?

I also have a Z32 AFM, I'm not sure how it's wired however I am experiencing a rich idle condition. I'm trying to narrow down if it's the AFM wiring where I need a resistor added or if I need to intercept the catalytic temp signal and trick the ECU into thinking it's fine...

For those with Silvia's or 180sx's what did you do with your cat egt?

The Cat temp sensor will signal a warning light on the dashboard if the cat overheats or is broken. I'm ruling this out at the moment and will look at my AFM/MAF wiring.

CA18DET AFM/MAF Wiring
A= green with yellow stripe
b= black with white stripe
c= black
d= green with black stripe

As far as I know BCD get plugged into the Z32 AFM however Green/Yellow doesn't. People with a non-lambda ca18det's (no o2 sensor?) only use 3 wires but what about people with?

If you look at the picture, you'll see that ca18det's with cat use 3 wires and ones without cat us 4...

This means my thread is useless... =(
