Cat-back exhaust needed, what are my options?

As the title suggests, the OEM exhaust system is junk and I need to replace it and rather than going with OEM one again now is the perfect opportunity for me to go the aftermarket route. My question is, what are my options? I need a full cat-back exhaust and it needs to be barely louder than the OEM as I do a lot of highway driving, TIA for any suggestions.

Thanks for the info. I still cant seem to work the search function properly even though I use it with ease on other forums.

Any how, I did some search and seems like Cattman or Megan would be the way to go, do you guys think the megan RS-OE exhaust will fit the i35 without any issue?

Cattman lists its cat back (which almost identical to the megan one except for a different resonator) for both 00-03 Maxima and I35, so I take the megan should fit? Someone confirm this please as I am ready to buy the Megan and just waiting on confirmation.

Yes, Maxima and I35 exhausts are interchangeable.
