I installed the grilles today. I was hoping to take pictures, but it RAINED ALL DAY!!!

The install was very easy...once I figured out what the instructions did not say. You need to attach the bolts to the new grille and then put that through the cars grille. Once in place, use a pirce of wire with a hook to hold the clamp in place while you are tightening it. Thie is definitely a 2-person install, but very easy.

I drove around all day in the pouring rain and no rattle, not hum.

I love it! Hopefully pictures tomorrow!

Nice, I can't wait to see the pictures. What color combo did you go with? Also, what can you say about the quality of the material?

I picked the silver polished upper grille with the black bumper grille. I could also see going with the black grille for both the upper and bumper grille for a more understated look.

The black bumper grille alone is worth considering. It matches the lines on the bottom and really finishes off the front bumper.

Overall, I am very happy with the grilles. They look like they belong on the car. They are well made and definitely all solid metal.

Damn you mcheddadi! Why did you go and have to do that to my car! I thought I was done spending money and now you give me something else to consider... On a serious note, I really do like the way that looks although I still think I would rather have a mesh grill with no hamburger. So, I guess I wait a little longer to see how the grill game develops but you did give me a fall back option if a mesh replacement (not overlay) grill never comes out. Btw, I wish I had some PS skills...

Hey mcheddadi, if you ever get bored, try and throw an all black mesh grill on mine with no emblem. As previously stated, I have no PS skills...

Wow, thanks.....I love that mesh look. Ok, now you have convinced me to be patient and wait for a mesh grill to come out. That picture is what I imagined my coupe looking like since even before I bought it. Again, nice PS. Hopefully it will inspire a company out there to get their a$$ in gear...

While I would still prefer mesh, I have to say that this is the nicest grill option I have seen so far. Looks good!

I'm very happy with it. I should have taken some close-ups, but it was so cold at the beach that my polarizer kept fogging up.

The upper grille actually sits in the frame of the real grille which helps the illusion that it is part of the grille. The black bumper grille lines up with the bumper lines. Both are very well designed.

Now ... ask me about the three gouges I got in my instrument panel from the kid at the carwash who wiped it down with a sandy rag. I am afraid to look for more.

I still really want Stillen to make a grille like the one on their facia. I would buy it instantly with the front bumper or the splitters. I hope this happens real soon.

damn mc... if you ever want me to relay stuff to you if it would be cheaper let me know.. Id really prefer the stillen grill, or even a mesh one over this style, especially because of the burger. id really like that gone all together most... but i dont know if i should jump on this, and then paint it.. and rock it until something else comes out, and then sell it on ebay? Id def go black and black emblem(if i have to have one) im excited to see it on your car mc... i wish i didnt have a plate on the front of my ride!

On my coupe, this chromed grille is a great accent to the blue of the coupe, and if something better comes along, I can always sell it here (in canada I meant lol) for double price since thats what I would have paid locally anyway lol.

and thx for the relay offer! I'll take you on on that someday!
