Researching the various options out there for carpet, and I'm finding a lot that say "Coupe only, does not fit convertible". I thought other than the lack of a roof, and the door differences, that the interior was basically identical to the coupe.

Can I use a carpet kit for the coupe or not?

Thanks!

Yeah, everything I could find here said they should be the same, which is why I couldn't understand why a lot of the sites out there specifically excluded the convertibles.

Same reason all lowering springs say "not for verts"...

Stupid people.

It's a coupe. With no top. Plain and simple.

As it's been said before, we all know the coupe has the same floor pan shape as the convertible, but does anyone know if the aftermarket carpet kits from http://www.autoupholsterykits.com/ (or any others for that matter), have the poofed humps in the rear floorboards like the coupe has. I want to do away with that if possible.

I now have coupe carpet in my vert and just have to deal with the poofed spots where the seatbelt use to be under the carpet.

I'm also assuming that the aftermarket companies don't have the slot cut in that area for the seatbelt (i hope) so that way it will look cleaner for verts.

Hope this makes since, i figured someone here would know for sure.

Thanks Kyle
