Again, endless thanks to all you guys who came out and showed support for NICO!AZhitman wrote:Sitting in the airport getting ready to head back to NICO HQ and reflecting on this weekend, I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to all of you who showed up and made NICOfest Carlisle a HUGE success!
Carlisle is always one of my favorite venues because of how interactive it is, and this one was no exception...
Great work on the autocross course, some awesome drifting action, and best of all, good times hanging out and meeting fellow Nissan enthusiasts.
Special thanks to Brian (LBC) and the Altima Coupe crew - You guys showed up in force and showed the rest of the Nissan community how it SHOULD be done!!!
My parents made a surprise visit to this event... even though I've been driving this train for over 6 years, they'd never seen what NICO is all about. To those of you who welcomed them and made them feel at home, THANK YOU. They had a great time and really understand what I mean when I tell them that you guys are FAMILY.
Also, I was proud to introduce my fiancee Becky (nissangirl74) to her first NICO event - To those of you who made her feel welcome, THANK YOU. That meant a TON to me, and she had an absolute blast hanging out this weekend.
Torry, Andy, Joel, Seth, Brian, DJ and the rest of the staffers - Thanks for all your hard work... You guys kicked major a$$ and pulled it off yet again.
I'm sure I'm missing a ton of props here, but I'm exhausted and just ready to get home and get some rest... Thanks again to everyone who pitched in, helped out, lent a hand, or just showed up. We rocked Carlisle, thanks to all of you.
"ma Ford truk get 10mpg, it was cheaper to fly out!" Good times man! Glad that the event made such an impact on you that you decided to sign onto the forums!Ohio69nc wrote:yea that was me, tall guy, camo hat :-P
I have a few pictures I took of you autocrossing, but I didn't realize until afterward that my camera was on the wrong setting & they're very blury Sorry! I'll try & play around with the pictures on the computer to see if I can't make them a little more viewable...LongBeachCoupe wrote:Brianna it was a pleasure giving you a ridealong! Papito is a cool dude, i wish you guys the best together.
I also wish I was able to go to the bar on saturday night, but thats how the cookie crumbles lol.
I think its really funny that theres no pictures of my car at all except the one you took... I have 1,200+ pictures of you guys during the autocross and none of my car! Its all good though, I just wanted to make sure everyone had enough photo ammunition to make a cool sig like mine!

Thanks. As it turns out, I wasnt quite sure who you were either because I didnt come up the night before. I later realized that I was standing next to you for quite a bit of auto-cross and didnt even realize it. My bad as well. I will be there next time.brianna71404 wrote:
btw Bmore I thought I had seen your car (was just a guess from remembering your car from your sig esp bc of your wheels--they really do look good, esp in person!) but wasn't poitive it was actually your car & consequently I guess I didn't get to meet you. Too bad, maybe next event. Sorry I missed you.
Damn Rob. If you are SERIOUSLY down. I think I might consider this. That would be about 3 oil changes and a LOT of gas.Rob.Vegan wrote:
