Full fridge/freezer dedicated to booze, beer pong table, pro dj equipment (with dance lights and whatnot), Rock Band 2 in another room on the 52" LCD and 1200 watt surround sound, walkout patio for the smokers, and a bathroom right smack in the middle. Some call it a basement, I call it my mancave.

Oh yeah, guestroom with two beds, two couches, a futon and plenty of comfy floorspace to crash on. Eldest folks get preference on guest room, etc.

Yes I own the house, yes there is plenty of parking, and yes the neighbors are cool.

Won't be just NICO, will be mine and my gf's friends too. More info to come soon. Perhaps lunch and a meet the next afternoon.
