Luxury vehicles should recieve luxury service. 16 days for less than 1 day of work doesn't cut it. Besides my time I have 312 miles tied up just checking up on the status of the car. I also have an additional 200 miles placed on my other car that would normally have been placed on the 'G' if available.
Because of the starting problem I used my other car on any day where I had an appointment and had to stop the car on the way (such as filling up) since I could not trust it to restart.
