Unlike where you are (car city) there is not even a mechanic in this area that has even seen a Q45 under the hood...and best case scenario would start throwing $$$ parts at the car as a method of trial and error while Dad would be without his car for days or even weeks. Me using this forum has resulted in more success than any other option I would have.

Can you imagine me suggesting this to someone? I am only trying to help someone else - but as they say, no good deed goes unpunished. Don't worry however, I will not "drag this on" any more.
