Cant get in trunk!

I mean the cover on the underside of the trunk lid itself. I don't think there's another way to reach the mechanism the connects between the lock and the latch...

Looks like you found a workable solution until you can get everything fixed up right.

Here is the answer to everyone's key nightmare. These guys made me a brand new ignition key that will open the trunk and glove compartment, etc. These guys made me a key using only the valet key - incredible guys here. They are located in Phoenix, AZ. If you are not local, I'm sure they will do it via mail here is their info. Advanced Lock Services - locksmyth.com2329 W Glendale Ave # 3, Phoenix - (602) 336-8760
