I found that stuff to be worthless.

Actually, let me put it this way. I ran it in my I30 with 91 octane and didn't see MPG gain, or butt dyno gain.

Also, this supposed performance NOS product was being sold at Big Lots for $2.99/bottle. Does that say anything?

Really it is NOS brand Octane boost?

Your I30 probably didn't have a high enough compression ratio to benift from higher octane gas.

When I was 18 I worked for Unelko, the company that made Rain-X. They had a top end lube that you put in your gas tank. Never made it to market. I used to run that crap in my gas tank all the time sometimes in very high concentrations LOL.

Rain-x also made an oil additive I used to put that in as my car used oil. I think once I did an oil change and just ran 5 quarts of additive LOL

The car was a 1986 Caprice Classic with the 305 V8.

Yup, it was a blue aluminum bottle and it said NOS Octane boost.

I even got the one that wasn't street legal, because it said it had a higher boost.

Don't know about the slower deal. I'm thinking that Mach has basically a cobra engine in it with a little better gears(3.55) than my 3.27. It also has stiffer springs.I know mine is much faster than my 245's like.....

Somebody local just traded in a black GT500 and a matching black Shelby GT both with less than 300 miles each!!! So, since they were used I got to crank up the GT500. They have the new ones roped off with a DO NO TOUCH sign on them. Anyway, the guy had put a Ford Racing suspension on the GT500 and upgraded the brakes. Dealership is askin $50K for it, so you know he lost his a$$ on the deal!!! Traded them both for a truck. Salesman mentioned that the guy was trying to dump some debt.

He had also put a cobra emblem on the dash and rear of the GT500 and a cobra emblem on each fender of the Shelby....pointing backwards!! oh well...

I think it is so interesting that we start out with one thing and we lead to another.

I have to tell you that i soon might be getting a different car. But i will still be a NICO guy. I have never met a group of guys like this on an online forum! We even have some cool Chicks

I really like the 350Z Roadster. I also like the BMW Z4 Si. I also am looking at a SL 500 Benz and the SC 430

I really want a convertable!!!! I live in FLA and we have the perfect weather for a convertable. I also drive in the early morning so it is cool to have the top down on my way to school or work!

I Really Hate BMW with a passion but i love the look of the Z4. And the Bimmer and the Z i can get a 6MT so i can be

The Benz and the Lexus are really nice. I like the lexus for the Reliablity, but i like the benz for its looks.

I am kinda lost. I am a now a single guy and don't really need a sedan or a 4 seater! I also have a jeep that if i need to carry more people i can use that.

Help me out with some ideas.

I would vote for a 350Z!!! I have been test driving them lately. I love the looks of the G35c, but the seat just isn't comphy for me.The Nismo Z that I drove was awesome!!! of course it's a coupe.

I would go with the 350. It is awesome. I am planning to get one sometimes. Just for a 3rd car.

I don't know about the convertibles. They look good without the soft top but with it I hate the look of them. I would go with the retractable tops. They look better. That's just me.

I would do a custom job on your G. I know that sounds like a ton of work, but anybody can have a Z, Mercedes, Bimmer *gags*, but a custom G is something special.

Especially if you could safely and stylishly make a vert!!!
