ok listen, i got the car for only 3.4k and i got a really good deal i think...i wanna try and get more money out of it and buy a 4 banger...the v6 in my z is a gas gusler....but i dont really care about that much because i love cars and im not gonna let gas get in my way...also...i did do research and i really like the 96 style 240...when i saw the 300 for sale i didnt even really give it thought cause i got a good deal...i still have about a grand and a half to fix it up if i wanted to or...i can keep looking and looking for a 96 style 5 speed 240 which where i live, is freakin hard....if not that i might wanna look for a Integra GSR...but right now im not really sure...when i drive my car for some reason i feel uncomfortable, i feel as if the car is going to explode....and for the insurance im on a family plane and only par 125/mo for full coverage

If you feel like the car is going to explode, one of two things is wrong (or both)...
1. You are paranoid.2. You need to get the sucker looked at by someone who knows what they're doing.
OR you're driving a Z, and you should have fun with that whole exploding thing, I bet it's a fun drive that way.
Next, the gas isn't going to be much better if any with a 240, particularly if you actually drive it from time to time. If gas is the issue, get something boostless and SR powered (IE- Sentra SE-R or SE).
I believe what you're feeling is that this car is too much for you when you say it feels like it'll explode. What you ought to do is use some of that cash to go to a driving school of some kind (and if you're willing to pay for it, I'm pretty sure your parents will be fine with it, mine are paranoid to no end and if I had the cash they'd let me take The Beast to one).
I can tell you right now, in your shoes, I'd be fixing up the Z and learning to drive it like you should. Then I'd spend some cash on suspension and brakes before I got too engine heavy, that way, if you screw up, you can stop.
MMmmmmm.... top-trim Altima brakes on a car that weighs 200-300lbs less and a kickin suspension... someone tell Nissan I love them.
