Those are terrible looking rims, and they probably weigh a ton. Why put such heavy *** wheels on such a small car?

they are super light. aluminum and magnisium...... should be right around 17lbs each based on specs I have found on the net.

with a low offset and not something sport max....... why not?

lol I got them for 5 dollars a piece. no joke. I may have to have them redrilled but my BF can do that at his work for free

just need some fresh tires.....

hell I could take them to the scrap yard and make more than 5 bucks.

Im not 100 percent... I got a pair. just going to run some skinnies up front I think.

If they are 9in wide and I think they are 15s, but might be 14s..... didnt really care will wrap them in some slicks and have fun eitherwya.

Ok I know everyone talked crap about the IC piping but that is sheer awesomeness being able to retain the stock battery location and still run ic pipe lol! Mad props! I kinda laughed when I saw the LV interior accents, but hey have to add a girls touch to it right! Super clean looking, and i'm saying over-all nice ride!

little update......... since the CA is no longer the beater it has been a bit neglected, but I have worked on it a little bit lately........

new water pumpgreddy timing beltall fresh vac lines with screw clamps(prettier than zip ties)wire tuck in processK&N oil filterCastro synthetic(5 quarts+KandN filter= 24.99 at advance right now)fresh plugs

and yeah something Ive gotten a bit of crap for in the past.........

those are energy suspension endlinks for a mach 1 mustang. robert's brother installed new ebach sways on his mach 1 and they opted to keep the stock endlinks with fresh bushings as the stockers had bettter adjustability.

looks superb the core is from XS Power......... I ended up getting 2 MX6 KLZE IC kits for unbelieveable prices...... so if anyone needs an awesome core I have an extra.

no joke 2 cores+ two complete piping kits for the MX6 cost 22.50 plus shipping. was unreal.....

should be finished with it tonight and may even take it for a drive. debating on having robert take it to work to weld up the pipes.........

so greg? hehe no hard feelings.

O yeah and I have 3 sets of wheels....... will show more on that later.

it goes on the side of the battery tray so I do not have to relocate. the fear of water leaking and getting invovled with battery in the hatch is something Im rather fearful of.

Being that I have already had one car literally burn to the ground well I was driving it........ Im a bit fearful of stuff like that.

yeah the G guys told me leaving the G close to stock was strange taste too..... O well its just a beater.

finished all piped up. added new radiator fluid.

after all the refreshing of the vac lines........... I forgot the rear intake cam cover line in the way back..... it has a decent crack so Im fixing that right now. I have a huge collection of misc vac and heater hose in the garage right now.

on a side note. the new IC piping doesnt have a vac port, I need to reconnect the butterfly system, can I use a vac line off the manifold or does it have to be pre-TB? I cant remember for the life of me.

PS havent seen anyone seafoam a CA..... is there a reason? I have some and was planning on doing it, but was curious why others have not?

that coldpipe is crazy!

You can spank him if you want, but you know he would like it. How about he changes his ringtone to katy perry.

cant very well leave well enough alone.

car has been pretty much parked for the last 6 months, everytime I put it back together I find something new to play with. debating on which set of wheels to install, or sell them all of and buy something "better"

suspension needs some love still, but motor is awesome......

IC piping is is silver metallic..... makes it a real b**** with my lack of picture taking skills. ALL nuts and bolts have been replaced with new Grade 8 or better bolts....... honestly made the car look newer than fresh IC piping, new big FMIC, or the silicon radiator hoses.

are you asking why it is red or why I havent cut the pipe down so that I can close my hood?

right now it is there, Im not sure what I want to do about it just yet so I havent touched that part just yet. I may send it toward the driver fender, or I may just get a shorter shroom filter and trim the intake pipe back to fit it as it sits right now. the filter on there is a no namer I got from enjuku back in the day....

Why it sits where it is. I was thinking you were planning some crazy cowl hood.

no......... it was discussed, but its so much work and I just hate body work. If anything I will just cut a hole in the hood and leave the filter sticking out........ totally JDM tyte style.

still have a s*** ton of piping, I may make a CAI.

picked up 2 mx6 IC kits WITH 2 brand new XS power ICs for 22.50+ shipping. So I used both kits to make one big kit for my car and have an extra core laying around.

lol little too white for that

going to run a HKS or Greddy filter I think. the K&N.... I dont think will clear and Im very happy with the pipe inplace now. just gotta get a nice filter to fit the combo.

going to re-do the cam covers this weekend. Think I will just strip and re-do them in red.
