CA18DET - s13 -> KN13

Guys I am working on getting this s13 ca18det into the kn13 pulsar. I am fighting a loosing battle with the wiring. The s13 harness to the engine is uncut. There is a small white plug off the ECU, i assume that this is where the harness plugged into the s13 main harness. So i downloaded the zip pack of the schematics and ecu pin out xls sheet. But some of these wires are different...and im confused as hell. i have the ca18de kn13 manual as well. I am ready to explode....has anyone done this that can walk me through it? specifically to the pulsar. i dont have the $$ to go to standalone at the moment. My old harness was shot as well, lots of corrosion and split/damaged wires, so going back is not an option. Any help would be appreciated. If someone could call me that would be even better.thanks guysPackrat

*shrug* woops. if you dont like it delete it, it wont let me. ive been sifting through the searches for days man, im having trouble finding s13-kn13 swap info...maybe you have better search criteria then i do. but im knee deep in useless crap from all these searches.rat

I don't remember to have seen any s13 harness to kn13, but all the person that has done it, have took the original wiring and mod it to fit on the kn13 ecu.

I found this thread and it's probably the closest thing you got. zerothread/248952 You're just gonna have to do it the hard way and look at both FSMs. What engine was previously in your KN13?(I don't know much about them)

ca18de was in it originally, the original EFI harness is totaly fubard...

check the colors ...im not sure baout the KN13 but ........alot of the time the wiring colors all mean the same thing ...like sr20/ca18 to a US s13 .....alot of the wiring is matching up colors .....with the KN13 it might not work ...im not sure i dont have experience in that field
