CA18DET preffered compression ratio

Cool thanks for input guys... Think I'm going to take your advice and not reuse them as its a performance/track car, i'll try and stick to 8.5:1 compression ratio for safty and ease of mind.

sounds good. although if the price youve been offered on those 9.5's is really that much better and you have a wideband, its probably not that bad an idea. just remember the tuning will have to be really precise. 8.5's you wont have to re-tune for though...
