ACTUALLY, it depends on the point of origin of the FWD CA. The 1st gen FWD CA18DE and DET's didn't have traditional injectors and aren't interchangeable with the 2nd and 3rd generation CA18's, which shared the more common top-feed injectors of the late 80's and 90's.

Although the chance of the poster having one of these VERY RARE 1st gen FWD CA's isn't likely, it should be known that not all CA18DE(T)'s are alike.
