Scary thought that people think he's doing a great job. I believe history likely not look so kindly on him. I don't think Clinton was a particularly good president either, but I would say he was a far more talented and smarter politician than Dubya. Serving your country is an admirable and honorable thing to do, but if you've read up about what Dubya and his administration 's been up too, you might change your opinion about trusting his judgement. While I support our troops completely, I think Dubya's decision to invade Iraq was way wrong. It created more problems than it solved. He also exploded the deficit by cutting taxes and raising spending. He's increased the size of government, not reduced it, (shrinking the size of government is a long time republican mantra) That means the next President and Congress will have clean up the mess by either cutting spending or increasing taxes (more likely the latter). And naturally Bush fans will never admit the reason for the increased taxes was Bush's (and the current congress') uncontrolled spending. I could go on and on. Bush is clearly not a great president. He's actually created a mess.
