I always use a penetrating as long as I can before actually attempting to take out whatever is stuck.

This ensures success.

If I am under time constraints, I use this.

If used correctly and quickly, it will penetrate and shrink the bolt your are trying to undo with very low temps.

On nuts, you have to carefully spray very lightly on the bolt/stud and not the nut or the shrinkage works against you.
