if you have inspected the whole brake system and have no leaks, then replace the master cylinder.

as far as the clutch pedal, did it go out ezactly when the brakes did or did you let the car sit for a bit and the clutch went straight to the floor? my 240 used to loose pedal feel if i let it set for a day or two and it ended up being the stock dampener system. i removed it and bled the clutch by myself.(yeah that was fun usin a stick to hold the clutch pedal down while i bled the system) my dad told me an easier way though using a jar with fluid in it and a hose running from the bleeder screw into the jar.

even though i think this is a Z32 MC its pretty much the same thing. i noticed this was loose on my MC, could this make air get in the system? all the other ones are tight besides this one.

not yet, im going to check out everything today then possibly go get one tomorrow. how much do u think the junk yard would charge for one?

The caliper furthest away is driver's side rear on 240, not passenger side.

Yes, it's possible. Everything should be tight with no oil/air leaks.
