Brake Upgrade - Opinions?

I wonder if those G37S rotors are also a direct swap onto the 1st Y34 / Gloria / M45 (2003-2004) or not?

Hello everyone,

So I got this kit installed and now my steering wheel shakes under heavy breaking over 75mph. Does any one have this problem, is my rotors warped. It's only been 6 months and I don't drive that much, brakes also seem to get hot? Any advise/input is appreciated.

My first set on my previous m45s lasted about a year but I put in about 25k hard miles (v8 ). You have to make sure you break them in properly if not it will decrease the life of your brakes! I need brakes now and I've purchased a front set of g37s calipers I want custom painted but 0don't have the rear yet! Thinking I might just do the front upgrade! Also, the brakemotive kit is on sale right now (1/'15) for about $163 free shipping!! A steal so also considering getting those for my current M35!

When it was time for me to change my brakes, I went ahead and ordered the G37S brake upgrade for all 4 corners, WOW! What a difference it made! I installed everything myself so I saved some money on labor. I'd recommend to go this route if one can afford it.

where did you get the G37S brakes from, any link? do you mind sharing how much did it cost you?

No, the BBK's do not fit the 18" wheels...pretty sure but you may need to search and confirm or wait for someone to chime in who has more experience. If I remember, you need at LEAST the 19" sport wheels (which are still a tight fit).

Yeah, thought 19" or more would be needed. Looks like I'll just be doing pads and rotors for now. Thanks for the info.
