I suggest 1 of 2 things:

1) You brake fluid is low as mentioned above. Check it...
2) You didnt properly burr in the brake pads after they were installed (kind of mentioned above) and they are glazed over. After you try the sandpaper/concrete technique mentioned above, research on how to burr in brakes. You need to take your car to like 45+ MPH a few times and SLAM the brakes so the pads properly burr into your rotors.

Well i check my brake fluid it's in between Min and Max... so i think im okay with the fluid....
Might be because the pads are glazed or whatever is called...
but i have no idea how to take em off and put it back on lol

You might want to take your car to a shop and have them check your brake lines for air bubbles or wrong brake fluid was added.

I had an Altima sedan and an Altima coupe now and both cars' brakes were more responsive then other cars that I have driven, so I don't think your problem is "normal".

always a shot, if nothing else works. try and bleed your brakes. +1 on zilla19's post. but i'd just bleed them myself, the worst that could happen is make it feel a little more responsive

Has the red "brake" light in the dash come on? The one that comes on if you pulled up the E-brake. If that thing is coming on, there is most likely an issue with the master cylinder, specifically, its leaking and needs to be replaced. I drove around for like 2 months with the light coming off and on thinking the sensor for my e-brake was broke, little did I know that light comes on if there is an issue with your brakes.

Hopefully if that is it your wait time for the part will be much less than mine. Took about a month to get it. Had to drive around a bone stock Sentra. Big fail :)

And yes they charged me 150$, my friend sed it was a good deal already.... -.-?
I honestly HAVE no idea how laboring is charged....
I dont think is lag... is pretty much every 6 out of 10 times i hit the brake im unable to stop.
Bro you replaced your brakes a 3000 miles, as in 1000x3, as in your first oil change??????

What are you doing???
I race my car hard... like 100mph all of the time.... slamming on my brakes to avoid the cops and I replaced my brakes at lik 25,000 miles and I had more than half of them left... the only reason I replaced them was to upgrade to Cross-Drilled brakes.....

I would have an independent guy look at your car and see whats up with it.... but everyone else could be right it could be brake fluid I have no idea.... I just think replacing brakes twice before 10,000 miles is CRAZY :spitout:
