Ok I am about to buy a new spoiler but just can't find one that is perfect. I just installed Spec-1 SP8 19" rims and I know a spoiler would set it off but I just don't like to ones that are made for it from Carid.com. I love their website but they just don't have what I'm looking for. I am really just curious what all spoilers for other cars would fit on there. I was looking at the Scion TC Spoiler but I am just unsure if it would be a direct fit with no modifications. Could someone please help me!!Maybe upload some pics of the spoilers you guys have, that would be great.
Also, could someone tell me how to upload pics to this site? lol

Hi,
I don't have a spoiler on my altima yet, but I like this spoiler for my car:

Here you have a guide to how to post images:

Are you looking for a lip spoiler like above or a detached/ adjustable spoiler like this? (hopefully the image link sticks)

I like it, but I can't identify it... the image came from UK pinterest.

Okay, sorry. You're looking online for something perfect, that someone else has experience putting on their Altima, and yet remains different from what has been posted online. Is that correct or is there a better way to articulate what you are looking for?

You know what might help, posting a photo of your unique ride setup from the side and rear. Then we can see your style and flow lines a bit and could envision a spoiler.

I am wondering my first question, do you like a lip type or a wing type spoiler? If wing type, can you please take a measurement between the trunk lid support beams? That would be useful for mounting point consideration. I think they are in there diagonal, so it may be difficult to describe the measurement. If you want a lip type, I think that can be stuck onto nearly anything.

There is a Made in America company called DAR Spoilers that does custom... not sure how 'custom' they get and if it's your thing. I like the ones with a center brake light... kind of. You could always paint it plaid or polka dot to be unique!

So, I figured out my confusion by searching your other posts in the other threads. I can see how my questions and suggestions haven't been all that helpful for a TC spoiler. I forgive myself because your inquiry isn't all that clear and concise in this particular thread. I did find that the spoilers come with their own templates in actual size, so there aren't any dimensions to measure out. I think you're best bet is to find and actual spoiler and or TC and compare it to your car. The curve of the trunk, the width of the mounts, etc. It appears that the instructions for specific spoilers can be had online. Here's a link to instructions for a lip type spoiler for a TC:

Put a R35 wing on your Altima! You can buy them new on ebay for less than $4,000. You can also find used R35 wings on ebay for under $2,000. :dblthumb:

I saw a Chevy Cobalt SS on the way to work today. I kind of liked the spoiler on it and thought of this thread. When I got to work I found a couple of people have tried it on their coupes. Some were even mentioned on this forum. Have you seen these threads?

Have you found a spoiler or given up?
