I actually get angry when people do this. It's even worse now that I have an Infiniti labeled vehicle, and even worse than that when people own one and do it - I mean it's ON your vehicle, go read it. . hahayodawill2000 wrote:Poor guy spelled Infiniti "Infinity"
partsexpress.com they are made by a company called tang, i had my audio guy check them out and he said the specs look really good. They will be powered by a 4 channel amp and i have 8 inch componets in the front, will sound really good, once i get it done. The 6x9 subs will not be like 12 inch sound they will sound like an 8 inch sub, but they should hit low.kbflip02 wrote:where can u find 6 x 9 subs???
hey u still have the BOSE rear still forsale? i need them too..mines are blown also..RZAA36 wrote:YOUR IN LUCK! I'm changing my rear bose speakers to rear 6x9 subs, and i can sell you mine they work just fine. I'm taking the bose out all together so if you need the amps or front speakers let me know. The head unit works only cd the radio does not have any sound. send me an e-mail if you like them. thanks
I'm getting them put in this week,( they are the subs on sale for 48 bucks each on partsexpress.com) i'll let you know how they sound, i have no bose and no bose amps at all, i have a 7 inch tv/dvd/cd/mp3 in front and 8 inch componets in front with 6x9 subs they are ran off a 4 channel amp and a 3.1 eqs made by audio controlkbflip02 wrote:what kind of 6 x 9 subs did u get and did u have to rewire the entire system or were u able to run it off the factory amp???
The Factory amp is on the speakers, you can't run anything off the bose amps!! Bose has 4 amps one per speaker, if you look at the front speakers they are only a 4 inch speaker with a huge plastic case.kbflip02 wrote:great let me know how it goes...the problem with my audio is that my rear speakers are going to hell while my front components still sound brand spanking new...if its possible i would like to wire them off the factory amp
You can not run them off your deck, the speakers need 90 watts rms power like any sub. you can run them if you buy a amp for them, it would be the same if you had a stock system and wanted to add subs, If i were you, i would change out the bose all together if you are thinking of adding subs, the front bose would sound like crap if you have 2 subs in the rear deck, all bose is is paper cones, you pay for the name. They do sound good, but aftermarket sound quality is much better in 2008 than oem in 1993.kbflip02 wrote:oh i see...that makes a lot of sense now...so do you think if i replace my rear deck speakers with the 6x9 subs that everyones talking about and got another amp to run them could i run them off my deck(take into consideration i dont have a stock deck but stock speakers)...would i have to rewire everything or just whats going to my rear speakers???
anyone else can confirm that?..i wanna b sure so i can go ahead and order one...and not worrying bout it will not work..kbflip02 wrote:ive heard about those working...but i know your going to have to cut the fram or whatever its called around the speaker to get them to mount properly in the back of a j
