Anybody know a way on how to control boost more presicly? I want my turbo to have a specific boost without spike and without dying out on top end. I'm running sr with stock turbo.

yes/no some boost controllers are prone to boost creep/spike. Most of your Manual boost controllers spike or cause the boost to fall in the upper rpms. I know the 1st gen GReddy ebc was one of the best. The current Blitz model is supposed to be good as well. A lot of people seem to be having problems with the GReddy profec II and thus they have released the Profec II type-s(looks alot like the 1st gen) I have no idea how that performs. There is always the upgraded wastegate, I believe HKS makes it. I really hate my MBC its spikes to 13psi and then falls to 8.6 by 6500. Really could have made 240hp this weekend but because of the lost of boost I settled for 200hp @ 5000rpms

Buy and externally gated Turbo and a worth while boost controller, that will solve the problem!

what about a custom external wastgate on the stock manifold? Could that possibly solve my boost drops at high revs

just out of curiosity, are EBC, such as the Blitz SBC - iD, prone to spike/creep as well? or is it mostly just MBC?

a good ebc will have a learning ability, and it will be able to let boost pass to the wastegate befor max boost is reached so as to get the wategate open befor boost begins to spike above what is wanted.

the apexi avcr is the best IMO.... you get to choose 2 diffrent boost levels and it learns the boost creep so it can stop it....

DUDE

You loose boost on top end in a lower gear due to the fact our turbo cannot keep up with the rising RPM rate and CFM's its required to keep Positive pressure to the motor.

This is because the stock t-25 is small

If you boost it higher than 12, my opinion is that your killing the life of your turbo, basically cutting it in half
