to me it looks like a vertex ridge or lang sides and rear and maybe just the standard front bumber from vertex.

Wheels are AME Tracer FS-01. Can't say I've seen them in such good sizes before.

I agree, Im guessing there are some fat spacers in there. The spoke design gives the impression of a kind of high offset.
