Hello, I tried searching about my issue, but didn't have too much luck. I have a 1999 Infiniti I30, and my blower motor doesn't seem to be working. It started when my blower motor was making an occasional buzzing noise, this led to it not working many months after. So far I've changed my old one out for a new one (shouldn't of done it without finding the root of the problem, but was hoping for blind luck). It didn't work at first, but I took out what I think is a relay directly below it, put it back in, then it worked for about a day. After it stopped working again, I changed out that relay, but still, no luck. The ac/heater doesn't work at any speed. When I'm driving I can feel some air coming out from my vents (not much, lower than even the lowest fan setting), but it doesn't do it when idle. As far as I can tell, there is no power going to the blower motor at all, no matter the setting there is no indication that it's even receiving the signals from the climate control. I appreciate any insight for this, thanks in advance! :)

This is about the fan control amplifier on a G50 or Y33 but an area to check also.

I'm betting you need a new resistor. Try to find them at a junk yard or if you are handy with a solder there is a video on y outube that shows how to repair if I recall correctly.

Alright, so update. I bought a new resistor, it worked, for a day. I was playing around with it, and noticed that when it was touching some of the metal on my car, it would start working. I was also able to do this with my old one too, so I don't think it is the resistor. Anyway, after about a day, it stopped working again. It'll blow out air when grounded (metal of the resistor to the metal of my car), but now it just constantly runs and there is no climate control. I'm wondering if maybe there is a problem with grounding of the wire to the resistor?
