Not to thread jack, just thought I'd offer a little insight. It IS illegal to have your full tails tinted, as Dangeris was saying, there needs to be red visible. The length of light visibility is correct, my tails were way darker than yours and was visible from way farther than needed but they were still illegal and I still got tickets for them.

I also had my tails painted for about a year before having to take them off (too many tickets) and there was absolutely no fading. The circle isn't hard to mask off, took about 10 minutes to mask off both.

man, your car look(ed) SICK! unfortunately, the vht spray has faded QUITE a bit and you can barely tell they're tinted so im about to redo them but use a gun this time to separate them and do the insides... in florida, i haven't had a single problem with tinted tails and its been about 5 years now but by reading through so many posts i have learned that some states are tougher than others... man, your first pic is my ideal look

Here's a quick snapshot i took at the gas station... Sorry I couldn't include the Bat emblem, I had no one to press on the brake. Fyi, $60 to fill up here in Florida.
