He asked what he could to to make it right, and I simply said "cover the overdraft fees IOS incurred on my behalf." He didn't argue, quantify, or otherwise hesitate. He just said "Done." He sent me the refund, an email receipt for it, and offered to personally give me a tour of the dealership when I'm in AZ this Nov. I thanked him, and informed him that I appreciated the call and the very sincere effort to set things right. After all is said and done, I think I'll give IOS a second chance.
