okay so my right headlight appears to be out. it may be the fuse, i havent checked yet, but if it isnt, what are some good lights to get? also, should i replace both at once? i'd rather not have that ghetto look where one's brighter than the other...but i'm not sold on it.

silver stars all the way. for the price you cant beat them, that and they are alot brighter then the most sealed beam headlights.

my freind has the same ones on his 91, really awsome lights.

Also for would-be headlight installers: If you know how to work a screw driver and plug in a lamp you can install replacement headlights.

yeah you just have to unscrew the two screws on each side of the lights to take off the trim and then four more to take the trim holding the headlight in the just unplug and plug in the new ones....it only takes like maybe 5 min tops for both

it took me closer to half an hour because it took me a while to realize that removing the black plastic shroud, at least on non-pignose s13s, is impossible. you just have to move it out of the way while you try to fit a screwdriver in to get the lower 2 trim screws.

this may be a result of my run-in with the ditch at high speeds earlier this year though =/

yes. 8 phillips screws per light. only problem (at least for me) is the bumper almost entirely obscures the lower 2 screws.

word of warning: use a magnetic tip screwdriver or be verrrry careful, especially if you park on grass like me ;D lots of places for those little screws to go. i lost one... oh well, light seems to stay in okay.

yeah, if you only lost 1 screw you should be fine...hell, one of my headlights only has one of the screws left in the retaining frame, but all of them in the black trim...it doesn't rattle around or anything so i don't worry about it

Hey drifter_for_life06:

Was it difficult to install the PDM Bosch H4 conversion? I am seriously considering it.Also, what light bulb did you go with the conversion? The one that came with the conversion kit or one of the upgrade PIAA light bulbs? What's your recommendation?

Thanks.
