That's okay, I've been a "devil customer" of theirs for years. You know, the kind that only buys the items on sale and nothing at full retail.

Here is their definition of a "devil" customer. I don't return and rebuy, but the other things seem fine to me.
"The devils are its worst customers. They buy products, apply for rebates, return the purchases, then buy them back at returned-goods discounts. They load up on "loss leaders." Best Buy estimates that as many as a fifth of 500 million customer visits each year are undesirable. And the CEO wants to be rid of them.
I haven't bought anything at their store since I read this article about 4 years ago.

I started avoiding them when they started hiding the online prices from the in store customers and were found out.

Fu*k Best Buy. More like worst buy.
