A few months ago me and my roomates wwere looking for something to watch at blockbuster, lo and behold we see an anime called Berserk sitting there. The box art looked cool so we decided to rent it. Needless to say we have been turned into complete fans of the series and eagerly awaited the last one! It has since come out and i just wanted to know what everyone else thought about it? I have mixed reviews on it but would just like to start some dialoge with other fans! thanks alot

Ahh blockbuster anime.I've watched them up to the 4th disk I think. It is pretty good, better than other anime I've seen because it actually does have some sort of a plot. And Griffith is so pretty, all up in his lavender armor-??On the third disk when he is at the castle with the princess some maids were gossiping and said he was prettyer than the ladies of the court-HAHHAHA what a fruit!

Anyways, do you guys have some recomendations for really good anime. It can be violent, but I'm more concerned with cinematic quality like charcter development and plot lines.mio

good choices although i really enjoyed the kenshin tv series, what ive seen of it, GTO is the **** always comical and quite entertaining. Nobody hasmentioned trigun that is a staple anime to watch. Also some good shows are:Martian successor nadesicocowboy bebopbubble gum crisis 2040Dual (if you like tenchi and the wanderers)Neon genesis evangeliontheres lots more but i cant think of them right now. :batman

Watching the first episode again, it makes a lot more sense now. Still, there could be a lot more to it, here's hoping they make some more episodes!
