Weird... Found DSM 450cc injectors... Blue tops... Everything's cool... Luckily I took my multimeter with me - they all measured 14.6Ohms  WTF???Does that mean they were swapped, and resistors abandoned? If so, can we do the same thing to CA18DET?

Let me get this straight real quick

FC Turbo II Injectors are 550cc and will drop right in but there are two kinds. Early models came with brown top/square plug injectors that do not need a harness because they plug right in. Later models came with purple top/round plug so you need to take the plug and harness too. Thx

's4' FC has low impedence etc, but 's5' and newer doesn't, it has high, IIRC.

Yep. S4 (87-88) used low impedence and S5 (89-91) use high.

So, back to my question, can we do same procedure on CA18DET (I mean use HIGH imp and abandon resistors) ?

welp from honda experience.. ;) I know.. I know.. But still injectors are injectors, so if you go low impednace you need resistor box, if you don't then you just need to remove the resistor box and loop the wires so that you give current to ur injectors :)

Done!It would be nice to have seperate pictures of all the injectors so everyone can see what to look for/not to. And also this way you can tell which one would need the wiring, and which one wouldn't.

Just want to add that the DSM 450s will absolutely drop right in just like the stockers if you use the slightly smaller o-rings from the stock injectors. If they're worn though, get new ones. The fitment is just like stock.

s***. well that explains my problem. i used the stock DSM o-rings and boy was those injectors a b**** to get in. I think re-threaded the holes in the intake mani the the fuel rail bolts onto because the bracket things definitely aren't flush with the intake. Oh well. That's what i get.
