The guy is definitely an idiot but the amount of times she repeats the fact that "she loves him" really pisses me off. If you love someone you are willing to sit down and work things out, not call quits. You call it quits when you don't love someone anymore. /end rant

Oh this could very easily be Nala 5-10 years from now. He's not only completely obsessed with a mom mobile not in his name, he feels obsessed to share every stupid detail about it and his social immaturity. Since he'll probably propose to the first woman who feels pity and takes his virginity, this type of thread seems inevitable.

I just want to get in on the ground floor when it happens. It would be fun to post on the first page or two of a 50-page internet-famous nala fail thread.

Though, we established this particular fail might be tough without a significant other. I guess we'll have to see if the woman who feels pity for nala materializes.

It might be that they're engaged. The forms you have to file with the federal government to get your fiance(e) citizenship come with about $1000-1500 in fees. And if you're trying to decide between buying $1500 worth of car mods and filing the forms needed to become a citizen... well, let's just say it's a clear indication of where a person's priorities are.

I don't know the numbers for the forms for an existing marriage, though. It's neither free nor automatic that your spouse becomes a citizen.

EDIT: I should note that this is the price you pay if you do it all by yourself, and hope that you haven't screwed anything up. If you're trying to be careful and you're paying an attorney to do it for you, you're probably going to run into about another $500-$1000.

Yeah, saw a link to this on another forum (and got to read most of it before the servers borked).

I've been married for over 20 years - I never complain about my wife on the internet - do I have everything I want, NO, do I have everything I NEED - absolutely!

I've had a lot of cars, I've spent a lot of money on them, but I never ever, did things for the car without consulting the wife... it's not YOUR money or HER money - You gotta share the money - so you have to discuss spending money before you decide it's ok to spend it. -

Seriously, that guy needs to learn about life.
