I agree. Here's nissanfanatic's results on V2 Crowers and a T3/T04E at ~15psi. He had a 20 HP peak gain. The T3/T4 with a .63 or larger hotside would complement V2 (10-20psi) or V3 cams (20psi+ only IMO).
It's all about compromising to achieve a specific powerband for the intended use.
