Lol, ya'll get Jesda and me over there, and you will go broke trying to feed us.

I couldn't imagine another me, and from Jesda's epic threads of adventures, we seem to share something close in common.

Appetite, for destruction. (pun intended)

No baklava for me, however, those Kabobs looked to hit the spot, I love zuccini, especially grilled, and grilled onions. Come to think of it, you can't really grill anything, correctly, and screw it up.

But I did hear it is bad to eat off the grill, all the time, for years.

Looks like there was a good ol' time!

I can ship you some. It'll keep for a few days because there isn't any dairy products in it. Send me your address. It will be your holiday present.

I thought baklava had lots of butter in it usually?

haha, well I meant grill, bake, boil, stew, etc.

I ended up making a crazy mad scientist marinade for the deer... which was amazing, but the deer came out pretty tough no matter how it got cooked (mid rare to well done).

I ended up stewing/boiling some with some veggies in some corned beef pickeling spice (with some leftover corned beef fat in there). THAT actually came out pretty damn good.

Baklava is baked in the oven so there isn't any risk of spoilage. You don't refrigerate it after it's cooked either.

Don't have a smoker. Found a dude that should be able to convert it all to deer sausage. I'm pumped.
