<Shrugs> I dunno if the L33T crew of NICO has the time to do this type o' ownage... this should be X-ferred to general chat then to get more hits???

Side note... I just found out that yahoo auctions have FREE listings since June 2005!!!!!

here's my example since I failed to sell my cellphone on eGay twice but still have to pay listing fees... then eGay has an update w/ Paypal about accepting all forms of payment, not just through bank transfer.

PPS: I have the same listing on craigslist.org but encountered 3 scammers already in the past 2 weeks---gah! is craigslist bad for classifieds?

Well someone used "buy it now" and bought the gauge cluster.

But whoever bought it hasn't had any ebay activity since 2001. I'm hoping it was one of you guys with an old ebay account that was planning on giving him a lil' bit of his own medicine...

NEways, eBay got back to me:Quote »... While I appreciate your concern for your fellow eBay members, please know that we cannot initiate action against a member if a seller has not reported the chargeback that occurred. If he has, we will investigate the situation and determine his eligibility for our insurance programs. Similarly, we will investigate any claims by buyers of this item that it was misrepresented, and assess their eligibility for insurance coverage at that time. Unfortunately, we cannot take disciplinary action against a member based on reports of this kind. [/quote]Oh well, since only spanishricer can only initiate the investigation, our efforts were moot. Hope that he doesn't get away w/ it...
