It takes a lot to get banned from here (not that I want anyone to try).

We take banning VERY seriously, and put in a lot of discussion most times (among mods / admins), plus it's a lot of work (administratively) to ban someone...

I hate doing it, since it's really a last resort.

well, they had me "pinked" for personally attacking some dumbass. he posted pics of his car and I told they were "fugalicious" which I had just made up at the time.He started insulting me personally and told me all my cars looked like pieces of ****, and actually posted the pictures from my cardomain page and told me how they looked gay. I pointed out that they were stock. Did not deter him at all. So I figured what the hell, I've had a bad week, I'm gonna lay into this guy. And I did. And I got pinked for it. I expected that.But then they told me not to do bad stuff or I'd get banned. And I helped a bunch of people, I made fun of one guy for asking "what spec my wheels were" (I replied J spec cause JDM owns ju)And then some guy posted about a bad experience with a shop that a lot of my friends have been to, and I posted up that its a good shop. Some guy in california claimed that they shipped the shop some stuff and the owner hadn't paid yet. I told him as a general rule he shouldn't ship stuff till he gets money, and that it was an expensive lesson to learn, but all my friends have been to that shop and they do good work.Next time I logged on, BANNED.guess the dude was sucking one of the mods off on the weekends or something.

I've had the worst week ever and he posted his car up and asked what people thought. Why do people keep doing that and getting angry when people don't like it? If you post pics of up something and wait long enough, someone is going to criticize it. His car was a gay abomination of fiberglass.

Its a lot different to have a webpage so people can see your car if they want to. He pushed my buttons so I figured if he wanted a 3rd grade insult battle he would get one. Notice the stupid **** he said to me and the mods didn't do anything to him. Also I want to point out that the LSATS are FOR LAW SCHOOL. they are not the SAT, they have nothing to do with medical school, or any of the other retarded things people kept saying in that thread. Also, all my cars are externally stock. I have never modified a cars appearance with the exception of wheels (ok, I put on a sticker or two once and removed a spoiler from an s13 hatch, but that was because of rust).I owned both a hatchback and a coupe, both stock, and he said they were the ugliest cars he had ever seen. Apparently not too ugly since he started with one to build his winged flying silvia monster creation.

no I was interested in stuff in the for sale section so I made another user name, "aandrave."the mod said thats why he banned me (I just made ANOTHER user name so I could view the thread where he banned me.

I haven't joined any of the other forums(fresh alloys and Zilvia) but I do belong to RX7club and club4ag(what can I say my passion for cars crosses borders).

I would think it would take alot to be banned from Nico.

oh I was permanently banned, they said, in an email to me, and they said if I ever log onto zilvia.net again they are going to take legal action. I told them to come get some. If they want me to quit they better stop prompting me to register everytime I log on. yeehaw.

hey greg maybe you can comment being an admin, how could a forum take legal action against a user? trace their address through their e-mail and have them arrested for posting on a forum or something?
