Same IP maybe, but they have no way in hell of knowing that it isn't some one else in your family making the account. If your really ticked about it, just get a couple of hacker friends to hack them. Though she was scared because they give you stuff to make you produce extra eggs and it might mess you up so you can never have kids. Would've been an easy $5k too. I don't mind crackheads and the such, I figure it this way, $50 for donating and a few dollars for the blowjob in line to help fuel the crack economy. No. All BB software that is any good tracks IP addresses. They can just lockout anyone from your IP address. But then all you have to do is go to a public terminal and register with a new name and you can still use the site. Or you can use an IP spoofer, but I'm not sure how legal those are...

The email address has nothing to do with it, aside from a place for the confirmation email to go and a way for the admins to contact you. You could but some BS in after you get the confirmation email (if there even is one) and it wouldn't make any difference.

Any site that isn't willing to discuss what got you banned isn't worth visiting. I got temporary banned till I cleared crap up at one site, but the admins there are cool, and they unbanned me after I explained some things. Just being suddenly banned when you log back in is BS. They should give you a warning at bare minimum that you only had one login left or something.

Oh, well. Why go to any other Nissan site? NICO has the smartest people, and they're friendly, too. Plus we have a 70-some odd page thread with beautiful (well...most of them) women. How the hell do you beat that?

nismofly - Can't be done. They could theoretically file a complaint with your ISP that you're "harassing" them, but that's a joke and no ISP worth its salt will take it seriously unless you've threatened someone or threatened to damage the site.

madbouncy, that's friggin' hilarious. $10 discount when you place your order just for making me laugh on a Monday. You rock.

yelnatsch - We have some pretty sophisticated IP banning and other filters, plus some other "top secret" application (which I don't know how to use) that tracks "spoofed" email addys.

As far as the hacking question, we went through it, TWICE. That's why we moved from our previous hosting company and away from VBulletins. ZeroForums is very secure, and virtually hackproof, and we also pursue attempted hackers VERY aggressively. Our previous hacker thinks he's out of the woods, but the case is still being put together. Those hacks cost me nearly $2K (yes, believe it) and I don't take that lightly. Somebody's gonna have a bad day when the case is all put together.

DOOM - If you're ever in Phx, I'm buying you a beer. Or two.

On a side note, I am so proud of how you guys police yourselves. It makes the Admins job SO much easier, and I think it makes our community so much stronger. Keep looking out for each other, because no matter how big we get, we're all family and I appreciate ALL of your contributions and ideas.

It be better to get like 20-30 people or even more if you can, to just go into the forum and post stupid stuff asking to get banned and for them to take legal action. So like a bunch of people will post and then they'll be followed by about 20 replies with no information what so ever. Then at the end get somebody to hack their site so it just says BIG AMERICAN PARTY! *uns uns uns* gotta have techno in the back.
