Hey all, got around to pulling my pistons today and as I was pulling the oil pan I saw a gold/copper colored metal bearing rattling around in there about the size of a BB.
While I was pulling the pistons I found 2 more that were crushed in the block. Where the hell did these come from?

Interesting. The only ball I know of is in the check valves in the block, but they are much smaller than that.

Look like check valve balls at the oil filter tree.

It's interesting what people find in their oil pans.

I found my missing oil level gauge in my oil pan and around the crankshaft.

When i bought the car.

Interesting, is it something I need to worry about?
