running the motor toward redline usually add an extra 10-15psi of oil pressure on top of your base pressure, so you DO NOT want this oil pressure going through the turbo. as for BB turbos there's an internal restrictor is for this reason---prevent high oil pressure pushing through the seals. AN-3 oil feed line is the way to go, but you can use AN-4 with an inline restrictor.

you know the infamous turbo seals failure?

Well when i previously had called PTE prior to installation they recommended a -4 Feed with NO restrictor. On the previous 67 i had a -3 and the turbo had the seals blow out due to 'lack of oil' had it warrantied. So I went by their instructions of a -4 and now it looks like the 'big' shaft brakes.

Where did you all get your HKS mainfold and intake manifold? Also, where do you shop for RB25det parts. Like performance and replacement.

I have a brand new HKS manifold in my garage. I am not sure if I am going to use it or go topmount. If I get the right offer I will sell.

I hope nobody has this problem either. I guess its one of those things that 'just happens' i guess we will find out in about a week to 10 days what PTE says. I'll keep you guys informed. Until then im going to cry like a *****.
