Bad News Need Suggestions

A bad bad thing happen today. Spun a bearing or something in my SR. This sucks so bad. Need suggestions on rebuild, I want to put the best of the best in it, What do you guys suggest? Should have re-built before I installed but what the hell I will just start all over now.

Ide stay the best place to start is blinking red at the top of the screen, and if that doesnt help try browsing our sponsors, if you let somone else tell you how to build your motor, it wont be yours anymore
