does anyone have a photo of where this sensor is at? is it even possible to get it without taking the intake manifold off?

How did you end up checking this? Did you find where it was located? If so, let me know.

It is on the block under the intake manifold. Round thing with a bolt through the middle.

Well a few things I can think of that would make your rich are:

Bad ignition timingbad coolant temp sensorand your MAF sensor

I'm not sure that you have checked any of these yet so let me know.

What is your timing set at, and are you checking it at a legitimate idle? What maf are you using? I'm also assuming stock injectors?

Yeah I did it correct the timing I believe is set for the stock 20 degrees I'm starting to think I cracked a injector I have a nismo fpr with a inline fuel gauge and after a hour or so of the car being off there is no fuel pressure it could be leaking past the pump but it seems to lean over to the injectors more. What do you think?

I would guess that you would slowly loose pressure if you had a leak or not. It would be worth the quick check just to pull the fuel rail and see if anything leaks when you put the key in the run position. You didn't say what maf your running either.

Checked for injector leaks and they're not leaking. Also tried a new maf didn't make a difference either how should I go about checking the maf voltage and how much should it have?

(easier for me to consolidate thoughts in a list)

1. Stock SR timing is 15 degrees, not 20

2. Do you have your gauge/fpr installed correctly? (Sounds simple, but happens).

Filter>gauge>Rail In>Rail Out>FPR>Return to tank

3. How do you know it's rich? Wideband or dyno?

4. You have NO vacuum leaks/pressure tested your setup?

Knock codes are a oddball stup, and IMO often caused by false knock to begin with.
