How do I test my maf with a multitester?

Hey guys while driving around last night while floored in 4th or 3rd(while under boost) the car would like hesitate or sputter. Almost like it was missing or something. Ive had this problem before when my stock sr maf went out. I am currently running a sohc maf. How do I check to make sure its going out or if I have something else going on. The only recent installs are an FMIC and HKS SSQV2. But it has been running fine ever since till last night. I have a z32 maf waiting to go on but I still need my rom tune to run with it.

Black= groundWhite/Black= 12v White= ~0.8-1.2v (with car running at idle, need to backprobe the connector, voltage increases as rpm's increase.)
