Hey everybody, I know it's been a while, and most of you prolly won't remember me but I thought I'd just swing on back by and say hello and that I'm back in the game so I'll be back around. Hopefully make some meets or something in the next year or so if there's any around that I'll be able to swing.

Anywho, for those of you that don't know me, I used to be in the 240 world for a long time, then it was taken away from me pretty harshly in October of 08. I recovered miraculously from the physical therapy and everything associated with it and was still able to join the air force, which is pretty much where i'm at now.

I was out of the car game for a while but it was killing me, so I just recently traded my 99 disco II for an 04 G35. She's a 6mt brembo coupe with bose, nav and 57k. I'm absolutely loving it. Such a clean car, I can't believe I went so long without one. I've always secretly wanted a G, so it just worked out perfect for me. No big plans for it other than some coilovers and wheels in the future. Other than that engine wise it'll probably stay stock. I figure I have an f4i to take care of my speed thirst when it comes my way.

Anyways, picture time? Maybe? YES!

Welcome back. I'm still in the 240 game and probably will be for a while (I'm broke) Nice G man! Is there a thread about the accident or do you not feel like sharing details?

There's a thread about it somewhere, lemme see if I can dig it up.

EDIT: Found the thread,

Haha I know it's been a while! My life's been crazy hectic and it's just now starting to slow down to give me some time for myself. As far as the gold wheels, yes I was thinking similar. Just picked up a short shifter for it, then BC coils and possibly wheel spacers/stock 19's are going to be the next mod. Then It'll take me a while to find/save for some wheels, but I'm thinking some gold polished DPEs or Works would fit quite well.

glad to be back!!

thanks man, what happened to your wrx? and yes you're right, as long as you look at it in that sense you won't get too down on yourself about things. That is until you start parting out the car lol, that was pretty hard for me to do.

Front end skidded out in the rain and I slid it into a concrete pillar. Yea, I really got down on myself when I gathered everything I had left from the car. But life goes on and I really like the new 240 I picked up.

Just read the wreck thread. Those are some scary pictures, it's amazing that you walked away from that. Congrats on getting into the Air Force and the purchase of the G. Welcome back! :wavey:
