Carl,

Whats the specs on that turbo? Did you use the same size intercooler before you got in the wreck? That one looks a little small for your setup and the boost levels you run.

the turbo is an off the shelf gt3076r with bits on it to bring it up to hks gt3037s specs (intake funnel, twin entry turbine housing).as for the intercooler yes it does look a bit small but its quite thick, i think the core dimentions are 22l x 8h x 3.5w so it should cool sufficiently.

Way to go Carl! I see the insurance money was well spent on an HKS low-mount and turbo upgrades

Glad to see that you stuck with it.

Are you using the R33 x-member? I've heard that's the only way to make HKS bottom mount fit.

Hi Carl, it looks great!

I would love to know the details of your SS oil/coolant lines, do you have a parts list you could share with me? [[email protected]]

Did you try the TurboX ceramic coating on the turbine & mani? I have a pint of that stuff I'm going to try on mine...

Also, do you run an elbow/nipple out of the top port on the hks wg to prevent crap from falling in there?

Be sure to take a pic of the wiring once you throw on the upper harness please I still like the head drain backs. Greg (AzHitman) told me that things a ****in rocket when he saw it last a ways back

Getter running bud!

One day I'll be active again... just behind the scenes right now... bought an GP White AP2 S2k and the urge to finish dropped a bit since there is a lot to do on my garage first. Seeing your running again might just do the trick to spin some wrenches on the S13 again... it's almost been sitting for 1 year!

CarlH I'd still like to know the details of your SS lines... As u know I have the same manifold and a T3T4 that I need to build lines for. I already priced out a list of parts from anplumbing.com, but I'd like to discuss with you before I make my purchase.

the ss lines are nothing special, just lines done up at a local hydraulic shop, cost me 50$ for the 2 coolant lines and the oil feed.this is much cheaper and much more effective than pushfit, before i spent almost 250$ on line and fittings for the coolant lines and oil feed; boo to that.ive found that pushfit line is not good for this application; when i pulled my oil supply line off and tried to remove the clamp the hose had become so brittle from the heat that it literaly snapped in half, i was lucky that i wasnt driving when that happened.as far as mods go its pretty much got a new gt30r strapped to the side with the atp twin entry housing, on the hks manifold this should reduce spool time and give the car a bit more response.motor is currently in the car and i BARELY have enough clearance for the dp any luck and no rain i'll be able to get the dp fabbed up tommorow as well as the wg recirc.
