The train didn't hit the baby, it literally ran "over" it.

Police said the mother did nothing wrong? lol

It was an accident. The mother didn't do anything wrong. Just didn't operate the parking brake.

She was clearly having issues with the cart not staying where it was earlier. Accident, I think not.

Could have been prevented.

Oh I get it so I am a douche for pointing out the mother was absent-minded and derelict in her duties?

Hey! I know what this reminds me of. I used to work at a bookstore, and several times a (not being racist here, just reporting the situation) Latina mom would bring in hers and her extended family's 8 children all at one time and let them go nuts around the store. The kids would climb all over stuff and get hurt from time to time, and often she would just leave her baby carriage unattended by the cafe while she would just chat away with whomever they meet in the store... The kid once climbed out and hit it's head. She was crazy after that! What did you think would happen, lady?

Dude, this mom had her baby strapped into the stroller and let go for 2 seconds and the slope was downhill to the train track so in that 2 second period the cart rolled into the track and 2 seconds later the train came (talk about being at the right place at the right time). This wasn't some dumb mom with her 8 kids running around a book store.

She wasn't neglecting her child at all as far as I could tell. It looked like a legit accident to me.

Yeh, accident...You can literally see the emotions exploding from that mom's skull as she sees her baby run over by a fricken train.

This. Excuse me if I think that was dumb.

Hell, I didn't mean to say she meant to do it or anything...

Obviously your feelings

The Goomba is ALWAYS bitter but this time I agree 100%, even if this was going to happen no matter what, the baby can not fend for its self so Mom is all hes got. Luckly though this baby is full of win. He reminds me of the brother of one of our Niconauts whom was kicked by a horse.

That kind of win is special.

You know, I'm usually joking just to screw with someone's emo tendencies, but I hate stupid parents.

So far, everyone who has a kid here has shown to be eligible to raise their kids. But stuff like that just makes me angry.

She did have the child strapped in the stroller. What does that tell you?

Strapped in? There was no such proof of this. And that's beside the point.

I can be strapped into my car and not apply the brake. Does that make me responsible when I let go of the steering wheel?

Dude, a negligent mommy probably wouldn't take the time to strap her baby in. It's kinda a pain and takes about 5 minutes. How do I know? well. . . I've done it before.

A negligent mom wouldn't let go of her stroller or "pram" as they call it on an incline. She knew it was an incline because she was messing with the thing early in the video. All she had to do was apply the damn brake if she wanted to space out...
